Motivate vs Inspire

Someone once told me that I will not be able to motivate anyone. I could Inspire, but not motivate. If you have been to any motivational talks before, you'll know. The motivation might be high during the talks, but the state just get fade and fade away over time. Eventually, get back to square one.

Motivation must comes from within, through self-realization, with perseverance, then only it'll last and not easily get "diluted" by circumstances. It's through inspirations that planted the seed of motivation, and depends on the individual to whether persistently grows it.

John Quincy Adams, the sixth President of the United States, once said "If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you're a leader."

Go inspire, leaders!
